Our Story
Built from
personal need.
Not a startup. Not a business plan. Built on weekends, for real patients — starting with two.
My own HRT journey
I needed a reliable way to track my own hormone medications — doses, timing, long-term history — without relying on paper or generic reminder apps.
Caring for my wife
My wife is a kidney patient with a complex, ever-changing regimen. Managing Tacrolimus, Mycophenolate, and other medications daily demanded something smarter than memory.
A community without resources
The HRT community in Vietnam has limited access to reliable medical information. I built a medically-cited reference library — accessible, honest, and safe.
Dose Diary is not a startup product or a business plan. It started as a deeply personal tool — built on weekends, refined through real daily use by me and my wife.
Over time, I realized many others face the same challenges — people on HRT, chronic illness patients, caregivers managing medications for loved ones. So I opened it up, added an HRT reference library with medically-cited sources, and made it free.
If this app helps even one person stay consistent with their treatment — that's everything.
